Important Notice: FusionRMS Desktop Compatibility with Windows 11

FusionRMS Desktop is built on technologies that depend on the Windows operating system. Because we are no longer actively developing the Desktop product, new Windows releases introduce real risks to system stability.

Compatibility risks are growing – Windows 11 has already introduced issues, and each future update increases the chance of disruption.
System access may be lost if Windows updates disrupt OS-dependent components.
No further feature development - enhancements and new technologies are only being developed and released for FusionRMS SaaS.

To avoid disruption and ensure long-term stability, we strongly recommend planning your transition to FusionRMS SaaS. SaaS removes OS dependencies, delivers ongoing updates, and provides access to new features and modules.

Latest SaaS Release – January 16, 2026

Our latest FusionRMS SaaS deployment is now live in production.

Enhancement: Introduced bulk form generation and direct download functionality. This enables users to generate and download forms for multiple records in a single operation, with built-in safeguards to maintain system performance and stability.
Fix: Resolved an issue where changing the selected field in the Filter By configuration did not clear previously loaded values, causing incorrect data to appear in the dropdown.
Fix: Resolved an issue where new records could not be saved when a field heading contained a single quote.
